Do you put items on hold for customers?
Items our on a first come first serve basis and once paid for the items will absolutely be held for customers until delivery is arranged. We offer delivery downstairs as an added charge and assistance, but also encourage customer pickup.
Are the prices at your store negotiable?
We offer military, police, fire, and medical discounts as well as multi item purchase discounts.
Can we drop off merchandise that we would like to get rid of?
We gladly accept donated appliances. We can utilize parts and make a conscious effort to recycle and reuse all appliance parts including scrapping the various metals they contain. This helps us keep our prices competitive and protect our environment.
